Site content is provided for general information. Project examples and case studies may include fictionalized or anonymized brand names for demonstration.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate brief materials, timely approvals, and clearances for assets they supply.
Payments
Fees, schedules, and payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Late payments may pause delivery.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AMP Films retains production process materials; final licensed deliverables transfer as stated in the project agreement.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMP Films is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
